AuDHD Nourished: Clinical Scope & Suitability

Our Commitment to Safe, Neuro-Affirming Care

At JLM Intuitive Group Ltd, we are dedicated to providing gold standard, person centred, and neuro-affirming specialist dietetics and psychological coaching. Because we operate as an entirely virtual clinic, clinical safety is our absolute priority.

To ensure we are the safest, most effective, and most appropriate fit for your journey, please review our clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria below before booking your initial Clarity Call.

🟢 Inclusion Criteria (Who We Support)

We specialise in working with individuals who match the following profiles:

  • Demographic Focus: High achieving, busy, or professional women and individuals (including those who are self-identifying or formally diagnosed) with an AuDHD (Autism & ADHD) presentation.

  • Clinical Adaptations: Individuals seeking dietetic and lifestyle support that is specifically adapted for the neurodivergent brain, body, executive function, and nervous system.

  • Sensory & Feeding Profiles: Individuals experiencing sensory based eating differences, complex food aversion, or features of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) without acute medical instability.

  • Disordered Eating Patterns: Those trapped in chronic, exhausting "reactive cycles", masking fatigue, emotional eating, or chronic dieting, who are looking to move away from traditional, “deficit” based neurotypical medical models.

  • Diagnostic & Advocacy Support: Individuals seeking expert guidance navigating a late-identified neurodivergent diagnosis, or those requiring professional advocacy and signposting when connecting with their GP or NHS services.

  • Location & Medical Registration:

    • For 1:1 Care: To access our individualised one-to-one coaching and dietetics pathways, you must permanently reside within the United Kingdom and be actively registered with a UK General Practitioner (GP).

    • For International Clients: If you reside outside of the UK, you are welcome to access our educational webinars, digital resources, masterclasses, and group support packages, which are designed to be accessible globally.

🔴 Exclusion Criteria (What We Cannot Safely Treat Virtually)

As a virtual service, we do not have an onsite multidisciplinary emergency team or medical monitoring services. Therefore, we cannot safely accept or treat individuals experiencing the following:

  • Acute Medical Instability: Individuals who are medically unstable due to severe malnutrition, extreme rapid weight loss, or electrolyte imbalances, or those who require active physical medical monitoring (e.g., regular tube feeding stabilisation, regular ECGs, or regular blood tests).

  • Severe, Active Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa: Individuals requiring intensive, acute psychiatric or dietetic intervention for severe restrictive eating disorders or active, high frequency purging behaviours that require a localised, in-person team.

  • Active Crisis or High Psychiatric Risk: Individuals currently experiencing acute psychosis, severe unmanaged psychiatric crisis, or active suicidal ideation with intent. If you are in distress or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local NHS crisis line, attend your nearest A&E, or call 111/999 immediately.

  • Requirement for Multi-Professional Coordinated Care: We cannot accept individuals who require a comprehensive, multidisciplinary NHS team (such as integrated Community Mental Health Teams, intensive Eating Disorder Services, or co-ordinated social care) to maintain basic safety and stability. JLM provides specialised virtual coaching and dietetics, but we do not operate as an intensive multi-agency wrap around service.

  • Severe Unmanaged Addictions: Individuals with active, acute substance dependence or addiction that interferes with their cognitive capacity to safely engage with virtual coaching and dietetic frameworks.

  • Under the Age of 16: At this time, our direct 1:1 support programmes and virtual coaching packages are strictly structured for young people and adults (16+).

What Happens If You Meet the Exclusion Criteria?

If, during your initial £35 Clarity Call or screening process, it becomes apparent that your current clinical needs fall within our exclusion criteria or if we assess that you require a fully coordinated, multi-professional NHS team around you to stay safe we will not proceed with an assessment or coaching package.

Please know that this is a strict adherence to clinical safety and professional ethics. If we are not the right fit to safely support you, our specialist team will do our absolute best to provide clear, compassionate guidance and signpost you toward the appropriate localised NHS teams, specialist in-person eating disorder units, or psychiatric services that can offer the coordinated level of care you deserve.
