🌿 THE JUST ENOUGH REFRAME - INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is AuDHD Nourished ("Promoter"), operated by Jade Morrison (Consultant Clinician & AuDHD Specialist Coach).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Employees, close family members, or anyone professionally connected with AuDHD Nourished are excluded from entering.
By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility criteria.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Entry opens on Thursday 3rd September 2026 and closes at 6:59 PM BST on Sunday 6th September 2026.
To enter, participants must:
1. Comment the keyword "VIP" on the official giveaway post published on the @audhdnourished Instagram account.
2. Share the official giveaway post to their public Instagram Story during the promotional window and tag @audhdnourished.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing does not increase chances of winning.
Multiple comments from the same user will still count as a single entry in the final draw.
4. THE PRIZE
The prize consists of one (1) fully funded space in "The Just Enough Reframe" 4-week asynchronous program starting September 2026 (valued at £495).
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Acceptance of the prize is subject to the winner completing the Promoter's mandatory pre-programme clinical suitability and safety screening form to ensure the programme aligns with their current care needs.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an independent digital random selection generator on Sunday 6th September 2026 at 7:15 PM BST.
The Promoter will check the selected entrant's DM thread/notifications to verify that the post was shared to their Instagram Story during the competition window.
If the share cannot be verified, an alternative winner will be drawn.
The winner will be notified via Instagram DM from @audhdnourished and announced on Instagram Stories.
The winner must respond and claim their prize within 48 hours of notification.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a secondary backup winner.
6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Entrant data processed via ManyChat and Instagram will be used solely for the administration of this promotion, entry tagging, and communicating programme updates/exclusive early-bird discounts associated with this launch.
Entrants may opt out of automated messages at any time by replying "STOP".
Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or ManyChat.
Entrants completely release Instagram/Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or legal complications compromise the integrity of the promotion.
